I’m Valeria Quiroga, a bold and passionate UX & Behavioral Designer with over 7 years of experience transforming ideas into meaningful experiences. My journey has taken me through startups, Milanese design studios, and now into the exciting world of real estate, fintech, and proptech at Bancolombia. Design, for me, isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about creating impact, fostering inclusion, and solving real problems. Whether I’m diving into Behavioral Design, exploring Gamification, or crafting data-driven strategies, I love combining creativity, empathy, and innovation to create solutions that truly matter.

Turning complex problems into seamless user journeys. Pushing boundaries with human-centered design. Mentoring future design minds as a university instructor(because knowledge grows when shared!). Living and studying in Milan for my MSc in Communication Design gave me a global perspective and a deep love for interaction design and data visualization. I even had the honor of representing Latin America in an Accenture competition with a project aligned with the OSDG 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. (Yes, I’m all about merging design with purpose!)
